Privacy
We collect only what we need to make and deliver your order. We don't sell your details, and this site runs no advertising trackers.
What we collect
- Your name, mobile number, email and delivery address.
- Your GSTIN, if you give it to us for a business invoice.
- What you ordered, including any name you ask us to print.
Why
To confirm, make, deliver and invoice your order, and to talk to you about it on WhatsApp or email. Nothing else.
Who else sees it
Only the services that help us run the shop: the courier that delivers your order, the payment provider when you pay online, the email service that sends your confirmation, and the company that hosts this site. Each gets only what it needs for that job.
Cookies and storage
Your bag is kept in your own browser so it's still there when you come back. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
How long we keep it
For as long as we need it for your order and for the records the law requires us to keep, such as tax invoices.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, as provided under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Just message us.
Grievance officer
For any complaint about your order or your data, write to our grievance officer, Sohil Shah, at sohil@envsdesign.com. We acknowledge within 48 hours and aim to resolve within a month.
