Returns and cancellations
Because every set is printed for you, often with your name on it, we can't take back a set because you changed your mind. If anything is wrong with what arrives, we will put it right.
If something is wrong
If your set arrives damaged, misprinted, or isn't what you ordered, message us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the box and the pieces. We will reprint and replace it at no cost to you, or refund you in full if you prefer.
Cancelling an order
You can cancel for a full refund any time before we start printing. We confirm your order on WhatsApp before printing begins, so there is always a moment to change your mind. Once printing has started, the order can't be cancelled.
Refunds
Refunds go back the way you paid, within 7 working days of us agreeing the refund.
Colour
Colours on screens vary. A small difference between what you see on your screen and the printed piece is normal and is not a defect.
