The short version: every set is made for you, we confirm everything with you before we print, and if something arrives wrong we fix it.
Who we are

Prices
Prices are in Indian rupees, shown per piece and include GST. Sets are sold in packs of 30. Shipping is quoted separately when we confirm your order. You get a GST invoice with every order; give us your GSTIN at checkout for a business invoice.
Your order
Placing an order on the site is a request. It becomes a confirmed order once we confirm it with you on WhatsApp. We make each set only after that.
Printed names and monograms
We print exactly what you give us, and we read the spelling back to you before printing. Please check it carefully: once you confirm, a spelling mistake you approved can't be treated as a misprint. Don't ask us to print anything you don't have the right to use.
Making and delivery
Each set is made to order and dispatched in 7 to 12 days. See Shipping.

Our designs
The illustrations and designs on this site and on our stationery belong to ENVS Design. Please don't copy or reproduce them without our permission.
Liability
If something goes wrong with your order, the most we are responsible for is replacing it or refunding what you paid for it.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Mumbai have jurisdiction.
